Entry Form

The Open Qualifier entry fee shall be set by PGA TOUR from time to time. Currently, the entry fee for Open Qualifier shall be:

(1) $100 for Web.com Tour, PGA TOUR and Champions Tour regular members;

(2) $300 for PGA TOUR Canada, PGA Tour China and PGA TOUR Latinoamerica members;

(3) $450 for all other entrants.
